  9. RFID Tags: What standards can I use if I want to operate under 30MHz? You have two (2) options; 1) non-specific SRD Annex 1 band B of ERC 70-03 in the band 13.553-13.567MHz: EN300 330 and EN301 489-3. 2) Annex 9, which is for inductive application from 9kHz up to 27.28MHz. 
  10. Receivers: If I want to sell my receiver in Europe do I have to file a country notification? No, Article 6.4 states that receivers are Exempt. 

Radio: 

1. Does an 802.11 device have to have a unique connector for Europe? No, it can be either a standard connector or it can be an integral antenna. 

2. Do all electronics that are shipped to Europe have to have the CE MARK? Yes, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to insure that their products meet all of the directives, EMCD, R&TTE D & SAFETY.
