Timco Engineering, Inc. was one of the first laboratories to be designated as a Telecommunication Certification Body in June 2000. We offer certification services in a fast & cost effective manner because we know the time-to-market is critical. Timco is accredited to all possible TCB scopes. As a result, we can offer complete TCB certification services for intentional radiators, unintentional radiators and telephone terminal equipment.

The Timco Engineering, Inc. staff and facilities are ready to serve your compliance testing needs! Since 1972, Timco Engineering, Inc. has been the quality benchmark for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing, transmitter type testing to all of the FCC rules. 

For CANADA, we can test your telephone products to CS-03 and your RF devices to such standards as RSS-210, RSS-119, RSS-182 and all other Radio Standard Specifications. 

We have the capacity of multiple testing sites in Florida, where we have no shortage of sunshine. Our high quality offerings also includes EMC design consultation and compliance seminar services. Our unparalleled accreditations provide Global market access for your products. Timco Engineering, Inc. is a full service compliance organization, holding laboratory approvals that span the globe. 

Our formal accreditations include A2LA (ISO17025), for over 130 standards and ANSI (ISO Guide 65) as a certifier for USA & the EU. Timco Engineering, Inc. is an approved EMC/EMI testing facility for the FCC, Industry Canada (IC), and EU. Timco is also a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) appointed in accordance with the US/EU MRA. 

We can test to the international standards, including ANSI, CE Mark, CISPR, CSA, CNS, IEEE, ETSI, IEC, & MIL-STD. Timco Engineering, Inc. Certification Services is an FCC appointed TELECOMMUNICATIONS CERTIFICATION BODY (TCB) AND ISO Guide 65 accredited. Timco Engineering, Inc. covers all products EMI and transmitter certification grants covered by the FCC's TCB program and we are designated for all 10 scopes. 

R&TTE Directive for Europe was adopted & placed in force on 7 April 2000. Manufacturers of Telecommunications and Radio Equipment will be able to self certify their equipment from 8 April, provided published standards exist for that type of equipment. When published standards exist, manufacturers do not need to obtain 3rd party Type Approval from a European Notified Body in order to sell their equipment into the Europe market. Timco can now assist equipment manufacturers to identify which test are applicable for the equipment and then perform these test. Give us a call at 888-472-2424.
